I have performed a wide range of roles as a leasing consultant over the length of my career. What I especially like about my role is gaining a good relationship with my clients. I've learned to listen to applicants wants and needs and most of the time I delivered. Finding an apartment that meets the needs of an applicant can be challenging. This could be a happy time for an applicant or a sad time. I've witnessed joy from those applicants looking forward to a "new beginning" and I've witnessed "pain and tears" due to unforeseen occurrences.
